Completion of the merger establishes us as a leading safety business positioned to deliver high-quality customer service through a comprehensive portfolio of safety services, while offering employees attractive opportunities to learn and grow on a larger platform.
Each company will continue to operate under their respective business names (Firemaster, OnSite Safety and Barrow Safety), while we look to enhance our service offering to existing customers and further build the business. The combined company will provide a diverse set of safety services, including, standby and emergency fire response, air monitoring and associated breathing air services, maintenance and turnaround services, fixed fire mitigation systems, various rescue services, safety training and industrial testing to a broad list of companies in the oil & gas, pipelines, mining and forest products industries. With offices in Red Deer, Grande Prairie and Hinton we are well positioned to provide top-level service to our customers in all locations.
