Employment Medicals

We offer medicals for pre-employment and fit to work assessments that can be customized to your specific occupational health needs. You can use our assessment forms or provide your own.

You can choose to have an RN, LPN or Hygiene Technician complete the medical.

 We can also arrange Physician Medicals at a local clinic. 

Please specify what tests you require at the time of booking:

• Health History
• Functional Component Test
• Vison Test (far, near, peripheral, contrast sensitivity, colour)
• Physical Assessment
• Back Assessment
• Chest X-Ray Requisitions 

Our office is conveniently located in Hinton, between Edson and Jasper.
